Amy Mitchell is a licensed psychotherapist who specializes in assisting clients with identifying their strengths in addressing issues which threaten a client’s successful navigation of life’s challenges. These challenges include (but are not limited to) personal, family, and career events which could disrupt the client’s peaceful and abundant living. Amy enjoys collaborating with clients to problem-solve areas where clients become “stuck”, utilizing evidence-based approaches including cognitive behavior therapy and motivational interviewing, grounded in family systems and interpersonal theories.

Kate Horn is a licensed professional counselor specializing in art therapy and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). She earned her Master of Science in Art Therapy and Counseling and brings a creative, evidence-based approach to care. As a telehealth therapist, Kate provides supportive counseling to children, adolescents, and adults. Her work emphasizes emotional expression, resilience, and skill development in a safe, therapeutic environment. Kate is committed to meeting clients where they are and supporting meaningful personal growth.
