Psychiatry Appointments

You can use our self-service link to schedule an appointment. Please specify the condition and whether the appointment is for Psychiatry medication management or Medical Card recommendation evaluation. Please call us to schedule a therapy/counseling appointment.

After we receive your request, we will do our best to confirm the date and time you requested or provide the time and date closest to your request. After we confirm your appointment time and date, you will receive an email with a like to our intake forms. Please note if the intake forms are not completed at least 24 hours before the scheduled time and date, we will automatically cancel your appointment.

Please be prepared to attach a photo identification to confirm you are physically located in Virginia and a picture of your Medicare or Medicaid insurance card, if applicable. We do not treat or prescribe patients outside of Virginia. Thank you.
